Complex has pools, 2 spa/jacuzzi, 4 tennis courts, ping pong and pool table. The complex has a fully stocked kitchen with washer and dryer. Dining table seats 12 people. Unit also provides 4 boogie boards, 8 beach towels, 8 beach chairs, 2 umbrella, and many other beach stuff. There is two assigned parking space in the secured garage parking. Cedro district, Del Mar Race Track, Fletcher Cove and Dog Beach are all walking distance. Lots of shops and restaurant around the area that are all walking distance

Summary: Wonderful property sitting right next to the beach. Spacious, clean and everything we needed for the beach. Well stocked kitchen. Had an absolute blast and would not hesitate to stay here again. Communication was prompt with clear instructions for everything. Thank you for everything.
